SPCA Tampa Bay will be hosting its first-ever Empty the Shelters adoption event Friday, November 15 through Sunday, November 17 sponsored by Bissell Pet Foundation. This adoption event was formed as a way to provide relief to our shelter following the increase in animal intakes after Hurricanes Helene and Milton. During this Empty the Shelters event, all cats and dogs can be adopted from SPCA Tampa Bay with no adoption fee (some exclusions may apply). SPCA Tampa Bay currently has over 130 animals patiently waiting to find loving homes. All adoptions are processed on a first come, first served basis at SPCA Tampa Bay’s shelter located in Largo.
