Adopt a Cat or Kitten in Tampa Bay

Please note: If there is a specific kitten or adult cat that you’re interested in, please check our website right before your arrival to see if they are currently available. Do you have a cat at home and need to learn how to introduce your new kitty to the household? Check out our behavior handouts.

Potential adopters are encouraged to come to the shelter to meet the animal of interest in person. During your visit, you can speak with an adoptions counselor about any questions that you have. You do not need to schedule an appointment, feel free to come anytime during our open adoption hours. Save time when you come and fill out/print your Adoption Information Sheet ahead of your visit. Please bring a carrier for cat adoptions. If you do not bring one with you, we have those items for sale as well.

We have some special programs for Veterans and Law Enforcement! CLICK HERE to learn more.
