SPCA Tampa Bay is waiving adoption fees for cats and dogs 1 year or older during our Black Friday adoption event!
Nov. 21-24, Nov. 27, and Nov. 29 – Dec. 1 adult cats and dogs can be adopted without a fee. There are currently over 80 cats and dogs looking for their forever homes.
