Additionally, SPCA Tampa Bay is discounting adoption fees on ALL ANIMALS during their Summer Adopt-A-Thon! All dogs can be adopted at half their normal fee and all small animals such as rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, and reptiles are available to adopt for half their normal fee, or in pairs, two for the fee of one.
