On Saturday, September 7, adoption fees will be completely waived for all adoptable animals at SPCA Tampa Bay! Doors open at 10 a.m. and our team will be processing adoptions until 5 p.m. Local food truck.
Funnel Vision will be on-site from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. with unique sweet and savory food creations.
Plan to arrive early and prepare for a BIG crowd of excited animal lovers and longer wait times. Please make arrangements for everyone in your family to meet your new pet, including any other dogs that you have at home. If you plan to bring your own dog, please be sure to have at least two adults in your party to allow everyone in your group a chance to meet the shelter dog one-on-one before introducing the dogs. There will be a limit of one dog introduction per party to accommodate all adopters that day.
All adopted animals must leave the shelter properly contained, so please come prepared with a leash and collar or carrier for your new friend. These items will also be available for purchase in our gift shop as needed.
