Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) Tampa Bay has been serving animals and the people who love them throughout our community for more than 85 years.

At SPCA Tampa Bay, animal welfare is about more than sheltering animals. It is about empathy, compassion, connection, and strengthening the bond between people and animals.

Each year, SPCA Tampa Bay provides care and support for thousands of animals, including dogs, cats, pocket pets, exotic animals, and injured wildlife. Animals in our care receive medical attention, enrichment, and compassion while our team works to meet their individual needs and help them move toward their next chapter.

Harley’s been waiting 100+ days. And you don’t have to wait until tomorrow to meet her. 👀❤️A stroll outside. A little people-watching. Maybe a dip in the pool. And plenty of time beside her favorite humans, preferably with belly rubs and butt scratches included. 😂She recently joined a volunteer for an outing at Walsingham Park and showed off just how lovely she is to have along. She relaxed, watched the world go by and calmly let other dogs pass without barking or pulling.
