DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, September 7\, adoption fees will be completely waived for all adoptable animals at SPCA Tampa Bay! Doors open at 10 a.m. and our team will be processing adoptions until 5 p.m. Local food truck. Funnel Vision will be on-site from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. with unique sweet and savory food creations.\n\n\nPlan to arrive early and prepare for a BIG crowd of excited animal lovers and longer wait times. Please make arrangements for everyone in your family to meet your new pet\, including any other dogs that you have at home. If you plan to bring your own dog\, please be sure to have at least two adults in your party to allow everyone in your group a chance to meet the shelter dog one-on-one before introducing the dogs. There will be a limit of one dog introduction per party to accommodate all adopters that day.\n\n\nAll adopted animals must leave the shelter properly contained\, so please come prepared with a leash and collar or carrier for your new friend. DESCRIPTION:SPCA Tampa Bay Waives Adoption Fees for Dogs (2 years old and up) \nSPCA Tampa Bay is waiving adoption fees for dogs that are two years old and up from Wednesday\, December 20 through Sunday\, December 24. We currently have more than 50 eligible dogs available for adoption at no fee from SPCA Tampa Bay. All dogs are microchipped\, vaccinated\, and spayed or neutered. \nPotential adopters are encouraged to arrive early and bring a leash\, collar\, or harness for your new dog. If you have another dog at home it’s recommended to bring your current canine for a meet and greet to ensure everyone is a great match. Please plan to bring someone with you to assist with this process. \nPets can bring love to a family that lasts a lifetime and not just for the holidays. SPCA Tampa Bay’s staff and volunteers can assist families in finding a pet that’s right for their lifestyle.
