Get Your Pet Ready for Hurricane Season

Hurricane season is June 1 through November 30. Be prepared and provide your pets with adequate identification (including microchips for dogs and cats) to help reunite them with you should you become separated. At our pet hospital in St. Petersburg we can help protect your pet and you can receive up to a twenty-five percent discount with our hurricane prep exam and microchip offer. We strongly recommend that all pets have a microchip and you need to ensure that your pet’s microchip is registered to you with your current contact information. SPCA Tampa Bay Veterinary Center can help you have peace of mind and be prepared for hurricane season.

We are accepting new patients! From puppies and kittens to senior pets, we do it all at our pet hospital in St. Petersburg, FL. Annual checkups for cats and dogs are an important part of pet health care plans at all stages of life. We offer annual vaccinations, routine wellness and yearly checkups, regular dental cleanings and nail trims.

Our state-of-the-art facility houses a professional staff and a complete general practice to keep your dogs and cats healthy and active. Our high quality and high volume spay neuter clinic is designed to provide the best pet health care and services for dogs and cats in the St. Petersburg and Tampa Bay area.

To our valued clients: The SPCA Tampa Bay Veterinary Center is no longer requiring curbside appointments. However, curbside service will still be available for customers who request it.

PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS

When unexpected veterinary costs arise, we want to help keep pets in homes by offering you several creative payment solutions.

CareCredit is an alternative payment option that helps you pay for out-of-pocket expenses by extending special financing options to you that you can’t get when using your Visa or Mastercard. CareCredit allows you to make smaller reoccurring payments without interest – this gives you more flexibility than having to pay a large lump sum for services.

Scratch Pay is a payment system that offers 0-12 month repayment plans for as little as 5.9% APR. This simple, two minute application process can make the high cost of pet care more manageable. We got you and your pet covered.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES

SPCA Tampa Bay Veterinary Center is proud to offer the Caldwell Keeping Families Together Fund. This income-verified discount program is available to low income families that are not eligible for CareCredit or Scratch Pay. This fund is supported by generous donors in the community that want to help keep pets in homes. Items not eligible for discount are medications, food and vaccines.
