DESCRIPTION:SPCA Tampa Bay is waiving adoption fees for dogs and cats four years old and up during its Leap Day adoption event on Thursday\, February 29. There are currently over 30 dogs and over 20 cats\, all over the age of four\, awaiting their forever homes. Adoption events such as this one are so important as dogs and cats over the age of four often stay at the shelter for much longer than their younger furry friends. These distinguished canine and feline companions come in all shapes and sizes and can be adopted without a fee from SPCA Tampa Bay for one day only.
