Animal Resource Center update as of Friday, March 20. In order to better serve the needs of our community, the Animal Resource Center will  “paws” operations. If you are a pet owner and are in need of services please contact our Largo campus at 727-586-3591. Thank you.

SPCA Tampa Bay, a For-All shelter, is improving the lives of pets and families in Pinellas County. The needs of our community in North Pinellas County (Dunedin, Palm Harbor and Tarpon Springs) now have a place for animal-centric and pet resources. If you are a pet owner with limited options to safely rehome your pet or in need of pet food the Animal Resource Center (The ARC) in Palm Harbor can help you.

It’s also a place where good Samaritans can take injured wildlife or strays for care. Please see a list of what we offer below.

Animal Resource Center offers:

  • Owner Surrenders (appointment preferred)
  • Is your pet lost? Search via our Pinellas County Animal Services kiosk
  • Stray Animal Drop Off
  • Wildlife Drop Off
  • Animal/Pet Food Bank (while supplies last)
  • Community Adoption Events (see Monthly Adoption Event schedule below)

2020 Animal Resource Center Adoption Event Schedule is subject to change. Please check back for updated information.
*All Saturday adoption events are from Noon – 4 p.m. Please visit our SPCA Tampa Bay Largo campus for adoptions.
