SPCA Tampa Bay Veterinary Center
😸 We have great mews! 😸Thumbelina, who had her spay surgery at SPCA Tampa Bay Veterinary Center on Monday, is home and recovering well (while looking absolutely adorable!) 🐈‍⬛ On Monday, Dr. Rizal Lopez celebrated his 25,000th spay and neuter surgery milestone 🥳 Miss Thumbelina was lucky number 25,000! To put that number into perspective... 25,000 surgeries is more than fans can fill Amalie Arena for a Tampa Bay Lightning game 🏒While in private practice for 12 years, Dr. Lopez estimates he performed 1,000 surgeries. In his first year with SPCA Tampa Bay, Dr. Lopez operated on more than 3,000 animals 🐾Spaying or neutering your pets prevents accidental litters, meaning there are fewer homeless animals in local shelters. It also provides important health and behavioral benefits for your pets, and our community! Thank you Dr. Lopez for faithfully serving the animals in our community for so many years 🧡#SPCATampaBay #spcavetcenter #spayneuter #veterinarian #stpete #tampabay #loveanimals ... See MoreSee Less
